COOKING DIRECTIONS:
Heat large pan to medium heat and add ground chicken. Be sure to crumble chicken and brown it evenly for 3-5 minutes. Mix the garlic powder, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl, and add it to the cooking chicken. Cook all ingredients together for another 5 minutes mixing the sauce evenly. While the mix is cooking, peel and separate the lettuce to get large enough pieces similar to bowls and wash the lettuce lightly with cold water. After chicken has been cooked, pour cooked chicken on the lettuce cups. Enjoy immediately or you can store excess chicken and lettuce cups for 4 days in the refrigerator.
